FEES
The registration fee COVERS:
- bus transfer (Budapest-Tihany-Budapest) + the attendance in all scientific sessions and workshops;
- the conference package;
- some social programs: coffee breaks and cinema event;
- the ice-breaker (cheese and wine tasting, 23rd April);
- and the social dinner (25th April)
The registration fee DOES NOT COVER the accommodation, the catering and the optional conference trip to the Balaton Upland, but participants who are interested in one of these organised options can indicate this on the registration form, and their registration fee will be higher.
PAYMENT method: After filling the registration form, participants will receive a confirmation with a summary of the requested services and estimated fees. But, the final (possibly reduced) price and the payment methods will be shown just on the proforma invoice which will also be sent by e-mail until the end of January.

It is possible that there will be an opportunity to get some discount from the conference fee (see the proforma invoice at the end of January).
DEADLINES
Pre-registration: before 10th of December, 2018
Early Bird Registration + Abstract submission: before 25th of December, 2018 -> NEW deadline 15 January, 2019
Late Bird Registration + Abstract submission: before 25th of January, 2019
Proforma invoices will be sent out continuously from 25th January, 2019.
Abstracts are confirmed (after receiving the registration fee): 15th March, 2019.
Final program available: 31st March 2019.
